Command: None.
Effect: After you are attacked, with a probability of (mind - 2) / mind, you get a chance for an immediate counterstrike. If this happens, you will automatically win the initiative for that turn. You can perform any action you wish, just as normal, but if you do choose to retaliate against your attacker, you get a +2 attack and +2 damage bonus. Any action that leads to an attack will count as a counterstrike (including the special pierce and stun powers.)
